Installation
The Insights application contains two main installation components:
- the Data Collector (DC)
- the Normalization and Correlation Engine (NCE)

Quickstart Installation
The simple installation steps are:
- Prepare the virtual machines for Insights installation by following the prerequisite checklist.
- Obtain the latest Insights installation file from your Resolve representative (all files are verified and signed).
- Upload and extract the installation file on each node.
- Update the configuration file on each node according to the provided instructions.
- Run the installation file on each node in the specified order.
- Start using Insights!
